It's ok!
I had this idem for a month, and then it ripped at the bottom. It's a nice backpack, but I won't buy it again.

Worked fine.
a little flimsy, but served its purpose. I did put a plastic container with a lid in the cooler compartment as someone suggested so the top part would not push down on it. Worked fine.

Very bad. You can't put anything at the bottom because it will spill all over the bag. The strap fell off in less than 2 weeks.

Bottom part not insulated therefore does not cool. False advertising.
