Great product! The smell is strong but not anything we couldn’t handle! It comes with a cover leave that on for s few days then take it off like directions say and you’ll be good to go we will definitely buy more of these!

I gave it away to a relative. It was way too deep for my body type. Others might find it to meet their needs, however, I did not.

My husband and I have had this topper for three weeks now and we're pretty disappointed. Though it's cool when you first lay on it, it warms up rather quickly and doesn't stay cool at all. If you want to be cool, you have to roll over on to a cool area. The problem with this is the tossing and turning you'd have to do, throughout the night, to stay in a cool spot. We give this topper a 2 because it may not stay cool, but it is a comfortable topper to sleep on if you're looking for something soft. We have considered returning it but that's a hassle and we hate returning merchanidise so at least it's soft-- it's got that going for it, but that's about it. Also, I'd like to add, that we bought ours at Sam's Club for about $80 less so be sure to shop around for the best price if you really want to make this purchase.

The description can be a bit misleading. It is in fact cool to the touch. But that's all. It warms up rather quick just like any other mattress. What I did not know when I made my purchase, (at Sam's Club for much less) is that it needs to "AIR OUT" the offensive stench for 3 days before you can even begin using it. The chemical sprayed onto the mattress pad over powers the room it's in for at least 2 days before it's even tolerable. I live in an Apartment so it was not easy to keep it spread open for the 72 hours required. I moved it from the dining room at night and to the bedroom in the day. The product has no warranty in the package and no indication as to just how long this "cooling" effect will even last? It is a 3" Memory Foam. So at least it has that going for it. But for this price you can do better. Overall, not what I expected.

I have had ours for a week. I haven't experienced a strong smell in my room and it is comfortable. My back hasn't hurt for a week now. We are sleeping much better and my husband is waking me up all night from him tossing and turning. We're very pleased.

Great for camping! I could feel all three inches. Good traction. Stands up to a pounding. Absorbent. A bit sore in the morning.. worth it. I may use more protection next time. A queen fit for queens none the less.

The smell is so incredibly strong that I had to take it off my bed in the middle of the night, I couldn't catch my breath. It is now outside in the garage. It's going back tomorrow.
