Handy peeler.
Love the look, very easy to use. The Julianne side has a plastic blade cover. I wish there was a cover for the peeler side also.

Super Veggie Peeler
I had not bought a new vegetable peeler in a dog's age so I was amazed how fast and sharp it peeled. The width of the blade is about 4 times as wide as the old one I used....takes about 1/4 of the time to peel as my previous one. Good product for Christmas stocking stuffers!

I like to cook
I like to cook, as a hobby and not as a necessity :) That means i dont want to spend almost any time doing things in the cooking process that i dont enjoy. One of those less than enjoyable things to do is peeling, which brings me to the Bonke vegetable peeler. The awesome guys at Bonke kindly agreed to my request for reviewing their peeler and a couple fo days later i had the grey version of the peeler delivered and ready to be used. In case I wasnt explicit I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.Have not used this extensively but so far have tried it to peel potatoes, cucmbers, sweet potatoes and the big one - kamboocha squash. The peeler worked like a champ on all of the,. Some of the earlier peelers i have used would have an issue with the peeler blade falling off the mount and thus becomig totally useless. This one hasnt done it so far with limited use, but just looking at it makes me feel that its solidly built and probably wont have that issue.Besides that i like the curved design which gives it a nice grip. The sliding/retractable method of switching between the julienne and peeler is also a nice touch and takes less space while storing.I took one star away as i had ordered the green peeler and instead got the green one

I didn't think the peeler was as sharp as some of the others I have used. If the blade was a little bit sharper this would be my favorite peeler because i love how it handles.
