After a stressful week at work I was looking for something that may help me recover. Was worried about feeling a ‘hangover’ from taking a PM supplement because they always seem to throw me off the next morning, but I’ve tried other Onnit products in the past & decided to give them a try anyway. Glad I did - woke up the next day feeling refreshed & ready to go. Honestly, one of the best supplements I’ve ever taken (and I’ve tried many over the years). Even my friend who has a hard time getting up in the morning hopped right out of bed & commented how she could tell a difference (she’s usually very skeptical that anything has an effect). I liked that they had 5HTP & tryptophan. I work in an office, and vitamin D probably helped a lot too. The ingredients seem to be good quality & well portioned. Im sensitive to some supplements, but these didn’t affect my stomach. Only complaint is of course the price. For most people it’s cost prohibitive to take every day. Still, I will probably keep a bottle on hand for times that I feel that I need them. i experienced a calm, centered alertness the next day & the stress that had lingered seemed to dissipate. This is the most impressed I’ve ever been with a product like this. Highly recommend.

Excellent way to help relax and destress. Taking it before bed gives you a pleasent and restful night of sleep.

So far seems ok for hubby. Too bad it’s so expensive. He’s a big guy so the two pill dose seems right

I’m sure it is because of New Mood that I have started to instigate jobs that have needed doing for at least a year, I’m more motivated and energetic Next testimonial I am so excited about this New Mood, I am an anti social type of person, however, after taking this product twice a day for three weeks, I cannot tell you how enjoyable life has become,, and how many projects are now being fulfilled such as new shower, renovation, and new pool and decking resurfacing, and next will be the garage resurfacing. I had absolutely no ambition to do any of these jobs prior to taking new mood. I only take one first thing in the morning and one at night and my sleep pattern and my dreams are so good. I highly recommend this product.
