Have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and skin is starting to seem less dry and improving in condition. I know its early days and I would suggest you need to be taking these for six weeks to really be able to say if this improvement is down to these capsules. I am quite optimistic though and will report back in a month and update this review. Unfortunately I had ordered a second bottle and they arrived in a poor condition, all stuck together and not fit for purpose so they have been returned. I have left seller feedback so I hope they respond. I am hoping these are the 'miracle' remedy I'm looking for but you really don't want to receive goods in bad condition as I'm reluctant to reorder now.

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered 3x. First, the pills were OK. Then 2nd time they were stuck together, so I returned and ordered again and they came stuck together again. I won't be ordering again unfortunately.

I read the reviews and saw similar problems that I was experiencing, numbness down side of leg, caused by plantar fasciitis, i also get occasional sciatica, been taking a few weeks and the numbness has almost gone. Not sure about the reviews saying about weight loss, not noticed any with me unfortunately.

I was advised by my consultant to take black currant oil for my dry eyes as it is a rich source of vitamin C. Although the dryness has not receded, my eyes feel better having taken them as well as my overall well being. Good value for money.
