Couldn't tell if it worked or not.

On day 4 watch for results....my tummy is still.there but i have lost couple inches off my waist. Still taking the pills and no side effects as yet.

No problems what so ever. Great product.

Used it for a while now, doesn't really seem to be making a difference, however, that may be due to the fact i have always been active and my diet is pretty regular so not too much change.

As much as any woman hates to admit it I am overweight, yes I confess over that years that fat just creeps on all over my body. I look at those articles about body shape, Pear, Apple, Triangle?? What are they thinking? How about the GOOD YEAR BLIMP? Ok, sorry not ranking here. Just saying lets get real. So I teamed up with some co-workers and off to healthier living we go. I am well aware of the fact a bikini is not in my future and I do not have the time or money to have gastric bypass surgery. As a nurse you would think I certainly know better then to gain this weight and put my health at risk, well that is all true, however I am also human, a mother, grandmother, wife and extremely busy so the easy foods are not always the best choice. I want to be around to see weddings, graduations and more generations of family. So that being said, lets more on. Green Tea seemed to be just the arsenal I needed to jump start my new and improved self, and I was right. Now being real you have to accept the fact that there is no magic pill, so if you are expecting a review telling you "take this product and wonderful things will happen" with out you doing anything else you better stop reading and go back to Disney land. Because in fact this product does help speed you metabolism, it does help with appetite control but you must do your part also. If you continue with the high and empty calorie foods you will also continue on the path of darkness. As any craftsman will tell you get the right tool and use it correctly. So I can honestly say I used this product with success to lose an average of 2-3 pounds each week, in addition I had to throw away the chips, fast foods, and high sugar foods. I know you are thinking well if you make those changes you may lose the weight anyway and that is true, however for me I know it helped me to establish a routine and encouraged me to stay on course. I did feel better, and more confident in my journey. And once again as a nurse I did my research and these ingredients have been known to assist with metabolism and appetite control. There is a lot to be said about herbs and natural products as most all of our prescriptive medications came from those same sources.
