Pretty solid design to prevent constantly kicking your knobs when tap dancing around your pedal board.Definitely seem sturdy and like they will stay in place, but will update if something changes.Only 4 stars because I had to shim my pots with several layers of heat shrink so that the knobs would stay centered on the pot. I’m pretty sure these Russian muffs have smaller than normal pots, but some sort of adapter for a smaller pot included in the kit would have made it 5 stars.If you have a pedal with smaller pots and want to use these lock knobs, it took 3 layers of heat shrink on each pot to shim it out enough.Cool product.

They’re good for when you find that perfect blend of tone to set it and forget it. Just can’t crank down on them when installing. Just need to be nice and snug

An essential item for anyone using effects pedals!

This D'Addario knob still has the same adjustable locking design, but the newer top is very shiny and can make it difficult to see the black setting marker in certain lighting. The original design before D'Addario started selling these is not shiny and the knob marker on top can be seen much better. Also, the price went up from about $8 per knob to $11 currently. These are not cheap, but may be worth it if you need a reliable set-and-forget solution for your stomp boxes and other gear.

Easy to install and feel great

Great product!

I bought the large size and put it on the volume control on my PRS 2011 Studio. It works quite well and will resolve the issue I had with accidentally changing my volume setting when grabbing the tremolo bar or when I have a lot of right hand activity going on. Easily reversable when I want to put the original knob back on.
