*BEWARE* but it works…
I purchased this spray to protect our wood fence from our naughty puppy! Spray bottle is great and it was easy to saturate the areas of the fence I was worried about. First- Dig out your pandemic masks and wear one while you spray! It doesn’t matter if you keep your mouth shut- it will invade through your nose. And it is terrible. Second- WEAR GLOVES. The spray cloud apparently covered my hands as well. And before I washed my hands, I touched my phone. Now, every time I touch my phone, I reinfect my hands. I can’t escape it. I can’t get it off of my phone. Washing my hands is only mildly effective. I feel like I’m going to wear a hazmat suit. I haven’t tried, but I can’t imagine spraying this stuff indoors.

Great idea but there has to be more to the active ingredients
BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!! Thought this was a great idea for my 3 year old cat that wants to chew on everything. Sprayed it on a plant that I wasn’t ready to take outside yet. As stated by other customers, the mist of this product stays in the air. It was really weird. I started coughing and could tasted nasty taste on my tongue. The weirdest is while I sprayed it on the plant it had also drifted onto some glassware that I was wrapping up and packing away. I started to wrap and pack the glasses but my noses wouldn’t stop running. I didn’t really correlate the spray with my nose running and the fact that my tongue and lips were now feeling weirdly numb. I kept touching the glasses and blowing my nose and the numbness was getting worse! It has now been literally 7 hours since I sprayed. My lips and tongue are still numb not as bad as it had been though. I’ve brushed my teeth and tongue 3 times and mouthwashed as well but nothing seems to help. THERE HAS TO BE MORE THAN ROSEMARY AND BICARBONATE IN THIS PRODUCT! I took the plant outside but will be washing the best I can around the area that I initially spread. I don’t want my cats around this stuff if I got such a bad reaction to it.

Try it and see see… it may be bitter enough to stop your cat from licking
This didn’t work for my cat. She has an obsessive problem with over grooming. I thought she would really hate it because you know it’s supposed to be bitter, but she didn’t really care. I think it’s because of the problem of her anxiety that makes her too strung out About grooming that the taste is secondary to her need to over groom herself. Be careful when you spray this because it just gets on your hands and in the air and in your face. But other cats it works great so it just depends on your cat.

Works great tastes horrible
I purchased this spray as a last ditch effort to stop my dog for licking his front legs and tail raw. I had tried everything and had even taken him to the vet a number of times for the issue. Nothing worked. I was somewhat hesitant after reading some of the reviews and was worried about the potential smell of the spray. I am happy to report that this works! We only had to use the spray a few times before he knew what it meant. We did not notice any bad odor; however I can tell you that my husband said it tastes horrible. After I told that man not to taste it he did! Needless to say, he stated he underestimated how bad he thought it would be. 10/10 for our household for effectiveness!

Crowd Control, but in our house for people, not pets!
This product unfortunately did not work to deter our cats - your mileage will certainly vary! I've read reviews that say it works well, and reviews that say it doesn't work well, and I'm inclined to believe both depending on the animal. The reason this earns less stars from me is that it unfortunately deploys in a very fine mist and as it turns out, is deeply offensive to the human palate as well (which is why I can believe that it works for some animals!). The aerosolized spray was impossible to avoid inhaling while applying to the various objects in the house, and was so awful that it had me dry-heaving in the bathroom. Wanted to put this out there as I am generally healthy, but I'd worry about using this around anybody that has asthma or other air-quality sensitivities. I would recommend wearing a mask to be abundantly safe and prevent yourself from making my mistake!

Well… it tastes bad
Okay, I was skeptical about this product after reading some bad reviews, but went out on a limb and bought it because my kitten won’t stop eating my cords. She’s bit through 2 chargers, and ruined one other cord. Upon arrival, the bag that this product came in was soaking wet with this stuff. It had leaked all over, but was sealed well in this bag, so it was whatever. I took it out of the bag and rinsed it off. After putting some new cord protectors on my chargers, I sprayed them. Immediately, my kitten started sniffing around them and licking them. I was in disbelief. Was my cat one of the ones that loves this stuff? To test this question, I took the paper towel I used to wipe off the bottle and held it up to her face. She started licking the towel??? Loving every minute of it???? Already, I had realized this product was a failure. I stopped spraying my cords and packed the bottle up to never be used again… Later today, I plugged in my phone while I went out to the mall with friends to get some Auntie Anne’s pretzel bites. (As one does.) I was so excited and ate my cinnamon pretzel bites right up. I ended up with some crumbs and sugar on my fingers, so, I started licking them to clean them off. (AS ONE DOES.) Somehow this stuff remained on my hands after two hand washings and TAINTED my finger-licking experience. This is truly horrible tasting, and impossible to avoid getting it on your hands if you spray it on objects you touch frequently. I’m not necessarily disappointed in the product itself. I’m sure it has its purpose, just not for freak cats like mine. I am a bit peeved off about the packaging issue, especially now that I realized that this stuff leaked onto my countertops when I went to rinse the bottle off. Hopefully no HUMAN goes licking my counters anytime soon or they are in for a terrible surprise. 10/10 DOES taste bad 0/10 FREAK CAT LOVES IT (images for reference) 1/10 Package leaking

We have a Dogue de Bordeaux that chews absolutely everything especially when she is outside she chewed the wires off our trailer 5 times and just recently chewed the hose on the BBQ in half. We bought this product to try to curb this habit and I must says it works. It absolutely smells disgusting and you want to be sure you aren't downwind when you use it. But its in a convenient bottle and is decently priced when compared to other products on the market. I would 100% recommend.

I've tried many sprays and this one has worked for us. I think it's trial and error to find something to do the job. I would purchase again.
