I have to rehab my right hand. Even on the lowest setting it is too hard. Otherwise it looks like a good product.

The length of time it took to arrive.There were no instructions on adjusting the amount of weight.It was exactly what wanted to increase my hand strength.

I have had a lot of issues with my weak forearms, so I decided to try out this product to help strengthen these muscles and I really could not have been more disappointed. I took the Hand Grip Strengthener out of the box and started to use it and see what weight range I was in. The design of the Hand Grip Strengthener is very self explanatory and easy to use. However, my hands were bright orange after using this product for two minutes maximum. The orange on the handles rubbed off onto my hands and some scrubbing to completely get off. The product is sound in its design, but executed poorly. I would try to find a different company to purchase this product from. I am quite honestly debating returning this product and getting my money back. I don't want to deal with orange hands every time I use it.

The spring broke. Well it actually snapped. Looks like white metal. I really like it.

The product was defective upon arrival with its numbers of lbs of resistance scratched off. For the high rating of the product, I would have expected better quality.
