Long lasting and great traction
CONTINENTAL ProContact TX update of my purchase from 2021. Got this for my car since it is the OEM tire that it came with. I only rotated them once every two years. Yesterday I hit a curb where I skimmed the edge of a metal storm drain edge which was protruding about an inch from the edge of the sidewalk. Sliced and took out a three inch piece of the sidewall but did not puncture or deflate it. This is one very strong tire. In the last 3 years and about 33,000 miles it now has 7/32 tread left I think new they were 10/32 so that is about a 30% wear. I think they will last over 60k miles. Driving on these for the past three years I feel they have very good traction, very quiet, good handling and a very strong and long lasting tire comparable to the Michelin Defender and Pilots I am used to.

Great tires
You can't go wrong with Continental tires. The cornering grip is terrific, they are quiet and handle well. They tend to last as long as the indicated mileage, if not longer. For just a little bit more than the Chinese cheapie tires, you get a very confident ride and top quality tires. In my experience, Cooper, General and Continental are very good choices.

Tough tires
Hit a curb, tires held up. I’ve hydroplaned on them but it was better than my previous set of tiresUPDATE: I was told that the “slow leak” (tire would go flat after a couple days) I had was a screw in the tire. It was able to keep inflated for hundreds of miles with a screw in it. So overall good tires.

Would purchase again.
I was very skeptical about order tires from Amazon or online for that matter but I received the same tires I would have purchased elsewhere without the extra markup. I ordered two and they were shipped separately and arrived on different days. No biggie. I ordered on a Monday and received them both by Wednesday. I then took them to a used tire shop and paid $60 to have the mounted and balanced.Very satisfied with the purchased and the tires ride great with low noise

near perfect replacement for my spare donut
this is a near perfect replacement for my spare donut in the trunk of my '21 Hyundai Accent. It's the same brand and size tire on my car and almost the same tread and most importantly fits in the trunk wheel well.I even was able to trim down the Styrofoam tool carrier that went in the center of the donut to fit in the new rim.and in the tool caddy, I even notched in a place in the Styrofoam caddy to carry an additional tool, a ratchet handle for the jack I bought here on amazon to replace the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE almost non-functional "jack handle" that came with the car.

Smooth ride
This is the second time I buy this tire, it really rides smoothly and it goes for over 60k miles. Good value for the money.
