All-around one of, if not the single most flexible desk light I have ever seen not just from a physical standpoint, but also concerning light temperature and brightness!*******************10/10 - Light Quality:Not only is this desk lamp very bright for its incredibly small footprint, the light is beautifully diffused, illuminating my whole desk and while being very easy on the eyes. Cool light modes in the morning and early afternoon to help keep awake and alert, and warmer modes to help ease into the evening. I switch through the modes gradually through the day, but I especially love the two in-between modes that offer a pleasant combination of warm and cool LEDs.*******************10/10 - Flexibility / Poseable :Perhaps what I love most about this lamp - it goes wherever and however you need it on your desk without mess or fuss. Since I'm on the computer for upwards of 12 hours a day, keeping my workspace well-lit is very important to me. Often, I keep the lamp pointed towards my wall, which provides excellent back-lighting, but it quickly and easily moves to illuminate my workspace for projects, sketching, etc. I've even used it in a pinch for taking pictures and video!*******************10/10 - Aesthetics / Desk Real Estate:This thing is practically a work of art. It's thin, it's sleek, and it fits into any environment, professional or casual. The cable management is great, offering the best compromise between flexibility and concealed cables. The mounting point takes up virtually no space at all on the edge of my desk, leaving me all the desk real-estate I need.*******************8/10 - Quality of Construction:Overall this lamp is very well designed and built - no cheap plastic here! My only complaint is the control panel portion of my lamp doesn't sit flush against the back of the lamp - the edges of mine sort of lift up and away from the back (I can push them back down and they stay for a little while but gradually bend back up on their own), but after 6 months or so this hasn't impacted functionality at all. I could probably fix it with a little super glue but haven't felt like messing with it. Besides that, the arm offers adjustable joints so when anything loosens up, you can snug it back down easily. This isn't one of those where once it loosens up, you just have to deal with a floppy lamp. I'm expecting to have this desk lamp for years to come!

This light works great. It has various brightness and color settings allowing me to adjust it as needed. The range of motion in really good, I got it to add the the new workbench I've been building and it really helps when working on detailed projects with small parts.The only issue I had was the clamp wasn't large enough to go around the edge of the workbench. That is more an issue with my design (steel parts washing table with a 2" thick butcher block table top) rather than a flaw in the product. I ended up drilling a hole in the butcher block surface and hammering a 1/2" steel collar into it, the peg on the bottom of the lamp fit right it without a problem.Overall very happy with this product

Flexible mechanical functionality by virtue of adjustments that have an adequate coefficient of friction so the adjustment points stay tight and in position when there is frequent movement. Exceptional range-of -motion and height acheiveability. Good options on altering color temperature, dimming, etc. and smoothly operating tap-sensitive controls. Luminescence is excellent. Embossed symbols, or identifiers adjacent to touch buttons would help identify each of their functions.

I use a hollow core door for a desk and usually 1/2 of my desk is dark, cluttered with papers and dusty. Two of these spiffy lamps clamped to either end of my desk have illuminated my ENTIRE desk. Now I can see the dust, scraps of paper, clutter and feel the intense need to keep my desk clear so I can actually work. The light can be adjusted from blaring white (almost as bright as the low setting on my Verilux sun lamp) to a night light, and from white to a warm yellowish tone that is much easier on my eyes. If the lamp were to be improved, I would: (a) add a grommet and screw to the surface mount; (b) add move tilt range to the main armature, and a side to side swivel to the light bar which adjusts up and down and side to side, but does not angle. This lamp is a great option when you want to maximize your desk space and still see well. The price is reasonable, particularly when compared with other kinds of task lights.

The lamp itself is fine. But wait, it doesn't seem to attach properly to the desk clamp? The hole in the clamp is slightly too small for the arm to be inserted. I had to remove the O-rings from the arm for it to fit. But now without the O-rings, the lamp wobbles a lot with any movement I make on the desk.**UPDATE**PHIVE reached out to me and quickly sent a replacement... problem solved. Thank you!!!!
