Great Mug but arrived damaged

It's comfortable to hold and drink from, the edge is not too thick to drink from.

The cup rim had a small chip, it was larger than I would have liked, and the thickness of the China

Disappointed at first.
Looked like it COULD have been a nice mug, but could hear it rattling in the box. Completely smashed on opening. Not enough packaging around it.UPDATE:-Supplier contacted me after this review, apologised and insisted on replacing it even though I said it didn't matter as I only wanted to point out the packaging issue. The new one came perfectly packed. Faultless customer service, so now giving 5 stars!
