This stuff really works, puts me right to sleep, but you need to allow for at least 8 hours sleep because it is powerful and would leave you still sleepy otherwise

I recently purchased an oil diffuser for my bedroom so that I could use a variety of essential oils for different purposes throughout the day and also to add some humidity to the air during the dry months of winter. In search of an essential oil to use prior to bedtime in hopes of enhancing relaxation and encouraging sleep, I came across Hypnos organic essential oil relaxation blend by BlendSciences. It has a wide variety of essential oils in it so I wasn't exactly sure what it was going to smell like , but I'm happy to say it seems to be an excellent product. Upon receiving the package, I received a nice handwritten note from the company. I shook the bottle a few times, added three drops into my diffuser, and put it on about 30 minutes prior to bedtime. This oil blend has a nice relaxing scent that's calming and certainly sets the mood for relaxation. Since using it over the past few days, I have certainly noticed that I've been sleeping well and waking up refreshed. I highly recommend this for anyone else looking for a nice essential oil to use prior to bedtime. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This is an excellent blend of oils that really relaxes me when I use it in my diffuser. The scent that filled my bedroom from this oil is heavenly. I was very impressed that the mixture contains ten of the most powerful relaxing oils. This could be described in scent as prevalent in the lavender with a spicy twist.The oil came packaged perfectly with no leakage in a dark glass 0.5 oz bottle. It has a convenient euro dropper for dispensing. The oil seems to me to be true to the label of 100% essential oil blend. I am very happy with my Hypnos sleep blend oil. I love the smell, I have been using this nightly on diffuser. I suffer from migraines, and this really has helped. This oil comes in a small, .5 ounces or 15 mL bottle. This is a great blend with well know relaxing essential oils.The scent is medium and floral. The lavender relaxes the system while the chamomile soothes it.I've made a sleepy time bath wash and scented it with this. My kids love it and it soothes them to sleep naturally.I also diffuse this in bedrooms at night. The gentle most and soothing fragrance is a god send for sleep fighters.This is a very potent oil and a few drops goes a long way.
