Does exactly as described. I like the alternate options on where I can wear it depending on my activity. Chest strap definitely more accurate but the versatility is unmatched.

Really poor item do not buy
The product was bought as it was supposed to be more accurate than a fitness watch. It definitely isn’t. The monitor said I burnt 650 calories on a 50 minute walk! 😂😂😂 avoid at all costs don’t waste your money.

Upgraded to measure more activities
This device is the upgraded version from what I had. It provides wrist and arm strap for more convenience. Wrist is used for non gripping activities only unless it isn’t accurate. We can use it for swimming.

Works well
I like this monitor as it links up to your gym screens and shows your effort amongst other indicators on the screens around the gym. Gives me a little boost when I see I'm not trying hard enough. The actual app is pretty good but could do with a little tweaking.

Good monitor, but a little high on calories burnt.
Once I got my head around switching it on, it does what it says on the tin, I feel the calories burnt are a bit high compared to other apps, but enjoying it and able to wear it in different places is absolutely fine.
