These socks are a 10!
My husband has been wearing support stocking since 1965 back when the only ones available were Supp-hose stockings for men. $20 a pair back then! Expensive as hell but they did the job. The poor guy has had knarly vericose veins since he was about 13 yrs. old! Scary, I know. He's now pushing 69 yrs. old and the Dr. would probably love to strip them but my husband won't let them. They itch and they are nasty to look at; he hasn't worn shorts in public since 1966....no joke, but he's still up and walking. We've shopped all these yrs. for good support hose for him and have found some, here and there, that were tolerable, at best. I got a couple of pairs of your men's dress stockings to try....I'm always looking for the best I can find, hoping one day I might happen across something that would really be good quality. I FOUND THEM!!!!!!!!!!! Coppercross!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's funny! You could do a commercial with him. Hilarious!!!!!!! All of this from the man who never comments on whether he likes something or not. He can't stop talking about how his feet don't hurt, his legs don't throb, his ankles aren't all black and blue like he's hit them on rocks or something! Christmas, he wore the white athletic socks I got for him, Coppercross, and told everybody about how wonderful they were!!! He can wear his athletic shoes and they fit, he doesn't have scrunching up at the heels of the socks, they stay where he puts them, they don't ride down or up, he really likes the snugness they feel on his feet (both the athletic and the dress), "...it's like Ace bandages in a sock". He's told all his friends, work associates, people at the grocery store, EVERYONE!!!!!!! I'm trying to figure out what you did with my husband because this guy isn't him! He's on his feet a lot, walking around job sites, walking from the car to the office or from the office to the car. He's in the car for miles on miles.....he can put 200, 500 miles on the car in one day. True! When he flies, he could be sitting for hours. He'll get up and stretch a bit on the plane. His legs don't hurt like they used to. He's just beside himself....he's so happy with these socks. He does have trouble with his feet being cold at night so I got him some of the athletic ankle socks. They're perfect! They just wrap his feet in warmth and the gentle compression he likes so much. Please do not stop making your products. If you do, I will have to buy a lifetime supply of socks before you close your doors! My husband was so pleased with his new socks (like a little kid with a new toy), I grabbed a pair one day just to try them out. I see what he's so thrilled about. I ran around in the ankle socks for the day doing laundry and general straightening of the house. They did keep my feet a bit warmer; I don't quite know how to put it, but my toes didn't get cold like they do in my socks in same situations. You have a prize on your hands. A real gem of a product! I give them 10 stars! Thank you from the bottoms of both our feet! lolDonna J GoodwinTemple City, Ca.

Comfortable and long enough not to cut off circulation
Surprised, actually. I got the XL, which might actually be a little too big, but I didn't want them too tight. They fit very well (a tad long in the foot; not a biggie). I like the material; they're not slick like some stockings that actually make me flop a little in my shoes. They're also pretty long, which means they DON'T end up too far below my knee where they're too tight and cut off circulation. I don't have long legs, but that's a big thing for me.I can't comment much on the copper infusion at this point. I did have a tendon injury in my knee, which is now feeling better. Don't know if it's related, but maybe the socks have helped it some. It's not why I bought them, but ?????These socks are very comfortable. That's often not the case with compression socks.

Taller length would be nice
These socks are just what I needed. They make my legs feel so much better. The reason they didn't make it to the love level is because they are not long enough. I am 5'10 with legs to match and wear a size 10 shoe. My leg swelling is from my knee down. I pull and pull to get them up as high as possible but after buying the largest size I am still about an inch below the bend of my knee. That sorta cuts into my leg and isn't providing the support as high up as I would like.

Bought a second pair of Coppercross after trying others.
Pretty good. Bought a second pair of Coppercross after trying Dr. Scholl's and Wanderlust. After a while while wearing long pants, don't even notice that have these on. Compression rating seems about right along the leg & calf, no deep marks, and after a few hours they've done the job for the day by moving excessive water out of lower leg areas. Not too hot as provides some air circulation. If there is something better; I don't know.

The material is good and it's only been one day
The material is good and it's only been one day.. but my hubby is a TRUE size 14 shoe - so when I ordered this in XXL (which goes up to Size 17) it should have fit. It was too short (heel of sock stopped 3/4 down his foot) and it barely came up to his calf so I don't feel this size is approporiate or maybe they need to have one specific to taller guys.. Granted, he wore it all day and it is misleading b/c it says compression socks and they weren't the feel of the other compression socks he had and felt like regular socks.. But again, Day 1....and good quality of sock.

Do you get what you pay for?
I wanted to check out the value of a more expensive pair of compression socks. I chose these. This one pair costs as much as four pairs of another brand that I like. I was disappointed, these are no better and in fact are worse, for me. They are harder to get on and only go up about 3/4 of the way up my calves. Once on they don't make my legs feel any better either. It was an experiment of do you get what you pay for? In this case the answer is a firm NO!

Not sure how much I like them yet as I have only worn them once
Not sure how much I like them yet as I have only worn them once. They kept my legs very warm -- too warm to wear inside all day. However they are very comfortable and fit well. I need to wear them outside when walking before I can give them any star rating.

Like 'em
I'm glad I tried them. I thought more thickness would be needed but since I require inserts any way it seems to make no difference so far they have worn well and have have maintained their compression well unless any of that changes I wil lederhosen more in the future
