Kept squirrels away for the most part!
The battle of the squirrels partially won. I got to taste some of my fruit! The netting worked pretty well and easy to wrap a small tree. I stretched it out wide and started wrapping from the top, overlapping all the way down. I used clips/sandwich ties along the way to securely close overlapping areas. At the bottom I threaded ribbon and then cinched it closed around the base of the trunk. I was able to pick about half of the crop that I originally started with. I am not sure if the squirrel got in or if a rat made it up from the small space in the bottom. Just never know! My persimmons were sweet and nice to try after 3 years of the squirrel fight. I am not sure if this is worth all of the effort just for 7 persimmons! LolThe netting was tricky to remove without tearing.

Good price. Be careful unfolding
This stuff is never easy to handle no matter who makes it. Comes in a tight roll and tangles on itself easily. Takes patience which I don’t always have. Note to that if you’re using on blueberry bushes ect it must be cut off piece by piece to remove

Very weak.
We found that this netting is very frail and will break or tear easily. Used it to protect tomato plants and it gets lifted daily for harvesting. It snags and rips on almost everything. It DOES keep birds away from the plants but you must be sure there are zero openings. Birds will get in the tiniest openings.

Perfect for protecting my new lawn in the fall
I put new sod down on my yard in the early fall. A few of the rolls didn't take, so the supplier generously gave me a bunch of replacement sod rolls to put down. The transition between the newer and older sod became a mostly muddy mess that needed to be reseeded. Problem was that by then the leaves started to fall and cover the seeds and sprouting seedlings. I spread the netting over a somewhat large area (using lawn pins) where I was trying to get the seeds to germinate and grow. This allowed me to either pick up the netting and shake the leaves off the area or just use my electric leaf blower to blow them off the lawn without losing the straw or seeds underneath. It worked like an absolute charm. The netting is plenty strong enough to get tugged on if it catches on a shoe or rake tine without ripping. The holes are also small enough, the material slippery enough for the leaves to blow over it without getting stuck in the netting. I bought a second box of the netting right after the first time I blew the leaves off the netting I originally put down. Great stuff!!

Netting
I used the netting over a newly seeded lawn to keep out the birds and squirrels. Stretches out far enough to cover the whole lawn.

Not the right size
Ok, but not the advertised measurements. I ordered 13x20 and it’s not wide enough for my 4’x8’ garden bed
