Thank you for the TRISWIM Chlorine Removal Shampoo. It arrived on time—if not a bit earlier—which I really appreciated. I’m also happy with the bottle size. That said, I did notice something that left me a little uncertain. The bottle arrived sealed, but there was some shampoo splashed underneath the foil seal. When I opened it, the seal appeared to have already been punctured, which made me wonder whether the product may have been opened or refilled before sealing. Since this is my first time purchasing this shampoo, I can’t fully confirm whether this is normal. I chose not to return it because I really needed the shampoo at the time. The product itself is quite thick, which makes me believe it is likely the original formula, and I do want to trust that it’s genuine. Overall, I’m satisfied and hopeful this is the authentic product I’ve been waiting for. However, due to the uncertainty around the seal, I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars. Clearer quality control or reassurance around packaging would definitely improve the experience.

the pic show it come with the pump, that is the reason I bought it, but when I received it, it does not have pump, just regular bottle. The product is good, we use it for many years.

Originally ordered a bottle but it came w seal open and some product spilled out, leaking out of bottle and messy. Returned to Amazon and asked seller to replace the same product w one not damaged. Smells wonderful and takes away chlorine.
