I just opened the box an hour ago and already read the instructions, prepped the waffle iron, made some batter, cooked three batches, and fed my family! Quick. Easy. Efficient. Easy to clean. Successful overall.I got a little more comfortable with the amount to pour and time to set with each batch, and they started getting cuter lol. We ended up at 5 mins 30 sec per batch with our buckwheat recipe. My kids love it already, even my health conscious teen because of the ingredients we chose (see below).I obviously can’t speak to longevity of the product yet, but if I never come back to update this, then take that to mean it lasted and kept cooking!Note: I did not use any recipes included in the booklet this morning, as we do vegan buckwheat with very few ingredients and I haven’t perused for ingredients and substitutions yet—but that goes to show you can use other recipes just fine. I plan to try myriad concoctions in this little guy since its way easier and quicker than making pancakes one at a time!PS I was able to get them out with my fingers, but be careful not to burn yourself and coat with a little oil to make it non-stick like the instructions say.
