Soapy Sweets delivers and excellent Berry Blast Sugar Body Scrub that smooths and moisturizers my skin unlike anything I've used before. I suffer from a hereditary condition known as Teniaversacolor, the abnormal skin condition in short creates patches of skin that are red, splotchy and irritated, also known for having too much yeast on the top of my skin. Along with pigmentation issues, the patches that are dry and itchy turn into shredding skin that peels off ( I know, it's pretty gross) I do everything I can to keep my skin moisturized, but the healthiest way to keep my skin clear is by using more abrasive cleansers that can scrub off all of my dead unwanted skin and leave my skin feeling smooth and comfortable even for a short while. The Berry Blast Sugar Body Scrub is the perfect consistency for catering to all of my difficult skin needs. I liked that it's thick and not creamy, I feel that it works much better than any regular liquid body wash. The berry scent is sweet and mild, not over powering like other washes and scrubs. I used this primarily for my face, chest and shoulders and can tell a noticeable difference in the look and feel of my skin even after a few uses. Even my husband notices how smooth it is. I even used a small amount in my foot bath as a soak and also to scrub off dead skin for the heels and sides of my feet! A small amount goes a long way, as the scrub is made with natural ingredients featuring Vitamin C, Kakadu Plum and other natural ingredients that take my skin from drab to fab in only a few minutes. When wet, the scrub becomes easier to smooth over and work on my skin (a facial brush was very helpful with this). The container features a twist off top and large mouth opening to keep the scrub safe and fresh for my next use. Unlike many scrubs on the market this one is an emulsion, which happens to be my preference over the oily gloppy messy types of scrubs available.I was stoked upon using this scrub to see that it was made with caster sugar over granulated and contains no salt, salt can be so abrasive on your skin.This is more like a polish, it is wonderfully gentle, you could easily use this on your face if you are so inclined. You also do not need a great deal of it and as stated once you wet the product it turns into a form of lotion which does leave a conditioning residue on your skin that soaks in beautifully for some seriously soft skin.This product is highly scented, I am an asthmatic and know I will have to pick my days for using this scrub, it is a very sweet, fruity and sugary fragrance, perfect for summer and leaving you smelling fantastic.This will get your feet and legs swimsuit and sandal ready in no time, absolutely perfect for mature skin and would make a great addition to any skin care regime.Your scrub comes ready for gift giving and includes a small plastic scraper spoon so you are not digging your fingers into the product. This berry blast sugar body scrub smells absolutely delicious!!It arrived very quickly in a box with tissue paper which made it more exciting to open-the smell hits you as soon as you open the box.It is a large jar of scrub, the label is colorful and joyful just what we need in todays world, it makes you happy to look at it!!The scrub itself is pink, which matches the jar and the smell is just lovely-you would have to like berries and the sweet smell. The product comes with a spatula so you can scrape the desire amount-I tried it on my hand as I am going to give this to my daughter as a birthday present on Friday.It is not a creamy scrub it is firm so I am not sure you could scoop your fingers in and spread, you would have to use the spatula which is probably why it is included in the package.Very sugary scrub but lots of granules so when I rubbed it all over the back of my hand it was perfect for the job-after I washed it off my hands smelt lovely.This would make a great present for a teenage girl, young adult in fact I am middle aged and I loved it-such a lovely present for a woman of any age who likes girly stuff.I was extremely .pleased with this product-it makes a change from stuff you can buy in the high street**Disclaimer I did receive this product at a discount.
