"Miami" Braided Elastic Belt Made in USA by Thomas Bates (L (38-40), Navy Multi)

People complained about the fabric loops fraying but I believe this belt just takes an additional 2 seconds to loop. A little more care positioning the hook is necessary. Otherwise, forcing the hook through the loops may damage over time. With just a little more care I believe this belt will outlast any leather ones I have owned. These look great with jeans.

This belt won't go through standard belt loops without a struggle because the leather tip is too wide. The color was not navy blue, it was a brighter, lighter blue. The only pants loops that it will go through are a few of my jeans. I had hoped it would work on my dressier LL Bean slacks. No go. And it clashes with the dressier slacks. I have only had the belts a couple of weeks, so I can't comment on durability. It is comfortable to wear, and, for me, true to size. Fix the two mentioned problems, and it would be a go.

I purchased bc it was made in USA. I also bought one from Duluth. Theirs was much better.This was pretty narrow.

Let's reopen our manufacturing plants and get back to work. oops! Did I say that out loud? I heard our infrastructure needs it for starters. Now, If you haven't had a mesh belt know this; it requires more effort to fasten the belt without poking into the mesh and damaging it. No biggie for someone like me who deals with detail all the time.

I ordered a large, and it was a little shorter than I expected. I do like the quality, texture, and colors. Size discrepancy was not a big deal as Amazon provided prepaid return label and I ordered the XL instead. Made in USA label on back of belt that can be removed easily before use. No pre-made holes, the belt tongue can easily be secured through the belt material at any level of tightness you like.

Very comfortable to wear. I was looking for a belt with a covered buckle because my skin has a really nasty reaction to a bare buckle. I know these are men's belts but works well for women too. I got an XL which is pretty long for me but that's ok. Better to me being a little longer than too short. So far no problems with it.

My husband had a couple of these so i just ordered two for my grandsons. They are comfortable with the stretch and still look like great quality with the leather buckle. My husband has been wearing his over a year with his casual jeans and it still looks new so I know the quality is great. However I do recommend you buy a larger size than just based on the waist size.

The leather tip on the belt is very hard to get through the leather buckle and almost impossible to get through the leather loop behind the buckle.Once you have fought through that, the belt itself works well. The "stretch" factor is very firm and feels like it will last a long time.

I use the belt for work everyday. I like the way the tension is adjusted. Belt suits me well and the quality is good.
