This is a very nice 30 oz size stainless steel tumbler that comes with a stainless stell bent straw. I have wanted one of these ever since a friend of mine got one. Her drinks stay cold all day in this tumbler and I really needed that. I was thrilled to receive this in the mail to find that it exceeds my expectations. My son just joined the Army so he has all kinds of events he has to attend that are outside so it's great to have a tumbler to keep my drink cold while out in the heat. It is double walled vacuumed, has an unbreakable lid, it won't rust, is non-toxic, eco-friendly, bpa free and actually keeps my drink ice cold for almost the full 24 hours as stated. I would have every intention to drink a lot of water until my water would get warm and I would lose interest. I started looking around amazon at some of the more expensive options when I came across this one. I used it at work for a couple days which is an air conditioned office and by the end of my shift my little bit of water that was left was still ice cold. Then I went on vacation and the real test was the beach. I filled it up half way with ice cubes and cold water to fill. After it sitting in the hot sun all day the water was ice cold each time I took a sip and still had a few ice cubes left that night. There was also some sand that made it's way in the tumbler, but I fault the running kids and not the tumbler. It didn't fit it my beach chair cup holder so I had to set it in the sand. Love the stainless straw which keeps the water cold right to your mouth. Just be careful you don't chip a tooth if you are like me and usually distracted or rushed while taking a sip. I haven't chipped one yet, but I could see it happening if I don't pay more attention as the straw gets close to my mouth. This tumbler would be even more perfect if it came with a handle. I purchased the coolreall handle that fits well enough, but does slip down once in awhile. Fits well in my Jeep cupholder which is great because I take this everywhere!

Nice cup. I used it to one week when the lid broke. I took the lid off and a chip fell to the floor. Otherwise I like the product.

I purchased this for a convention I am traveling to. I tested it once taking hot tea to an art class. I put the tea in at 9am, and when class was over at noon it had not lost any noticeable heat. I left it on the counter and checked it at 6pm, and the tea was still quite warm after 9 hours. I haven't tested it with cold drinks yet. The label is just taped on and removes easily. The lid closes, but does not make a tight closure, a little jostling cause tea to spill out. I'd have given 4.5 stars if I could.Edit: I enjoyed the cup for a year, and it lived up to every promise. It keeps drinks hot all day, and ice for over 24 hours. I recently sold art at an outdoor fair and we were outside in 100 degree heat all day for two days. I filled it with ice and tap water on the first day, and refilled it several times with tap water over the two days and at the end of the second day it still had ice! However, when I removed the lid for the last time, the top ring came off, leaving behind the inner ring that slides into the cup. It sheared off cleanly. The cup has never been dropped or manhandled. To my surprise, this cup will still keep ice overnight in an 85 degree room with no lid, which is pretty amazing. But it's not very useful with no lid, and the company says there are no replacements available. I even took it to Tuesday Morning and tried their stainless steel cup lids on it, planning to buy a cup and just use the lid but no matches. So I got a lot of use and enjoyment out of it for a year but now it's no longer really usable.

Expensive crap, NO it does not keep coffee hot for 6 hours, after 1 hour my coffee was warm, I don't know what type of clock they were using or if the kept burner underneath, who knows.Second when you tip to take a drink you need to have cup full or you don't get enough, then if you tip to get enough it drips out the side of your mouth because you got too much, it's the design; narrow at the bottom and large at the top.For the price you can get similar to this and it would be the same thing. Also don't buy the handle that comes with it, it fits very loose around the cup.

While, the mug itself lives up to expectations, keeping hot liquids hot for about 4 hours and cold drinks (with ice) for at least 12 hours, the lid is easily broken. I always hand wash and never dropped my cup but the lid developed a crack right at the mouth opening, rendering it useless. Tried to contact customer service for a replacement, but both the email address and web address have been shut down. I managed to get 6 months out of it, so not a total loss. Just know before you buy!
