Missing a piece, not worth the money

First off, this is the third one I’ve bought in a year. Golf balls are expensive, so yeah at the risk of sounding like a cheapo I grab as many water balls and ones behind fences as I can. I haven’t had to buy balls for years. The first 2 ball retrievers I bought were very poorly made and broke or kinked after just a few uses. The telescoping part was poorly made. And the ball basket would flop around and drop your balls.I shelled out the few extra bucks and got this one and I am not sorry about it. The handle is more rigid and has better grip Patterns, the telescoping pole is easily double the size in thickness of metal and roundness, it won’t kink or break easily at all. The basket is a design I have never seen before and was skeptical about at first, but WOW, it’s so much better. It grabs the ball, locks in place and allows you to bring it back to you without dropping it.I highly recommend this ball retriever. It may be the last one I have to buy for a long time if ever.
