Perfect size on a small wrist - great for running!
I looked around for a while for a watch which I could use whilst running (am training for the London Marathon 2013). I already have an ipod with Nike+ sensor which I use and records my distance, time, calories and pace but you can only really assess the splits once you have uploaded the data to the Nike+ website. My ipod does tell me everytime I have completed a mile though, so I use this watch to record and view my splits whilst running. It is perfect, I have tiny wrists and the watch is not too large but the display is still easy to read. The watch was very easy to set and I worked out pretty quickly how to use and then view the splits timer. You can save up to 30 'laps' (although doubt I will ever need that many - 26.2 miles is enough for me!!). I have not yet used it in the 'dark' but the display illuminates well. I have found myself wearing this watch just for normal day use when I am not running! For the price, it is perfect...I am toying with the idea of doing a triathalon at some point so am sure it will be great for that as well!

Brilliant.
I have had this watch a year now, and can honestly say it's brilliant. I have been using it to time my runs and as a lap counter when swimming. It is straight forward to use and has plenty of holes on the wrist strap, I have small wrists so this was important. The watch isn't too bulky on a small wrist. For the abuse this watch has gone through, I would say it's an absolute bargain and would highly recommend it.

Great value sports watch
Bought as a replacement for the same model. I do a lot of running so the timing facility is essential. Being familiar with the workings of the watch meant I did not have to learn a different system. For anyone new to the watch it is really easy to explore what the watch does and clearly labelled buttons ensure you know what to press. It may not be bang up to date in terms of colour but all I want is the functions and this is both great value and a great product. No hesitation in recommending.

Great watch with an amazing price!
I've used the Timex Ironman watches for quite a long time now, the last one I bought was 10 years ago, they definitely last! I was just looking for an updated version as my alarm no longer sounded etc. But was very happy with this watch, lovely colour as well as many additional features such as extra alarms, time zones and the occasion function. I tend to get a lot of use out of these watches espesically as a lap counter while swimming and travelling (being able to set different time zones is a must). Overall very happy with this purchase and couldn't beat the price at just under £14!

Brilliant
Bought this for timing runs, didn't want something too complex or expensive. I've never had a sports watch so didn't have a clue what to get. This was a good choice- basically, it will count up (and mark times for each stage if needed), count down (with repeat button for repetitions etc), is waterproof, and has a nightlight. Aside from sporty features it also has 3 alarms, time zones etc. Easy to use after a very short amount of fiddling. It's also a good size although it's fairly thick- not too chunky, and even though I have small wrists there are still 2 smaller holes on the strap.

Watch
A great easy to read sports watch that was brought for my wife as an update on a timex that she'd had for years. Comfortable to wear and adjust with large numbers and easy to follow instructions.Very happy with a good purchase and a happy wife. Cool.

Precisely what I was looking for
The watch is perfect. Nice design, good material. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was a gift and the person who received it couldn't be happier. It is a practical, sports watch. I recommend it to those who like a casual look but also the benefit of having all the features you may require whilst running, swimming or practicing other sports.

Alarms do not work
Purchased this specifically because it has three alarms. Now eleven months later the alarms have stopped beeping, so it's just an ordinary watch, and am having to use my phone as an alarm clock, which is inconvenient. For some reason there does not seem to be a way of returning it to Amazon as faulty, so I appear to be stuck with it. The Time website says that I have to return it to them at my own cost and that they will charge me postage to return it to me when repairs are complete. Probably better just to buy another watch, just not a Timex.
