The media could not be loaded. Not many things I can say bad bout the bike its definitely better than some of the reviews ive gone through. Reviews usually makes or breaks when it comes to online buying however after buying and returning more than a few e bikes/scooters, this one actually suprised me both product wise and customer service. I had an issue with my tracking information which happened once before where my item was hipped to another location and the company mysteriously vanished , but this company would get back to me either the same day or the following and taking care of every question and concern. Even contacted me before Amazon did to notify me that the bike was delivered, which was awesome in my book.Now for the bike itself, it came pretty much fully assembled just a few minor things like attaching the seat, pedals, and putting a little air in the tires which wasnt fully necessary i just wanted my 1st ride to be the best after dealing with previous lemons lol Instructions were straight forward, battery came already charged an actually hasnt gone below 1/2 yet and i ride daily so definitely great battery life!! This is my 1st e bike with dual suspension and I was missing out on every part of e riding without it. If an when I get another in the future, that is now a MUST HAVE because its nice not having to worry about every rock and crack on the road the entire ride. The speed it exactly what is stated and stays consistent for the most part. Going uphill is effortless I think it said 30% hill climb or something however the hill i go up on my daily route is im sure to b more than 30% and i never have to pedal to climb it. Frontlight is suitable, but i still purchased my own to allow for quick positioning and zoomability. The rear seat (where a basket or storage would usually be) was what actually drew me to look further into this particular model. I got it to be able to have my kids be able to enjoy some outing with me which has been probably more fun to me than them. I purchased a storage bag that attaches to the seat and can be removed to also be a chest bag when the seat isnt occupied. Those are the likes. Cant think of any dislikes really, other than having to pedal a little harder than expected when not using electric assist mode, but then it is a single gear bike so I still take that into consideration. Only other thing would be more of a novelty than aa dislike, which is wishing the rear seat was able to open up and be used as a storage compartment or "trunk". But i noticed that that is where the controller and wiring is located so i guess id rather it be there where it will stay dry and to prevent somewhere else from taking up space and taking away from the build of the the bike. Everywhere I go people just have to comment on it or ask questions about, & it lol I love it!!2 years later:Still working flawlessly and use around 6-10 miles per day. Never yet have I seen below 30% batter. I charge after each ride but still would have definitely had low battery issues with other bikes. Made a few upgrades as you can see in the photos/video 😁

Si hubiera menos calificación se las daría. La bicicleta vino rallada, el timón esta torcido y no se puede manejar, la rueda trasera no rueda pues tiene el cable de la corriente en medio, el asiento trasero con restos de pegamento y casi suelto de la base. Y el vendedor simplemente responde que ponga bridas al cable que esta en medio (y encima roto) y que me darían $15 dolares por los rallones. Los guardafangos torcidos... Me parece una falta de respeto totalmente cuando es un producto de más de $600. Estoy esperando respuesta de mi devolución pues no quiero otra cosa que devolver el pedido y recuperar mi dinero sin costos extras por el mal trabajo del fabricante.

At first I was very excited for this bike. It didn’t gave me no problems at first. The second week of using it the battery charger kept staying with the green light on. Which that indicates the battery was fully charged. The funny part was when putting back on the bike. The little box on the bike handle where you turn it on. The battery bar remained on the third line. There for battery charger was defective. I contacted customer service multiple times. After going on two months, I’m yet to receive the replacement battery charger. They keep saying it’s on the way and I just never get no other updates.

This bike was super easy to put together and it rides very well. It was delivered quickly and was in good shape when it arrived. I was looking at another brand but I wanted a backseat, so this bike was perfect. The power with basically all throttle lasts awhile without charge which is really nice. I love it so far!

La bicicleta es muy sencilla sus piezas son muy frágil y no me sirve desde que llego las piezas se están desprendiendo quiero pensar que fue mal ensamblada o error de fabricación porque no me funciona y no es un producto que recomiendo ni volvería a comprar.

The Fiido L2 was a great bike - independent front and back suspension, huge battery, high-torque motor (for hill climbing). But it was superseded with the cheaper L3 and so I couldn't buy one. Well, this Vivi Z8 seemed to have all the same features of the L2, so I bought it. The handlebar was loose (an issue reported by others) but there is a 6mm hex keyslot at the base of the handlebar stem to tighten that all up. I have had to do this on several of my folding ebikes - they all use similar front stems. The battery has a metal case, it seems solid enough. I replaced both the tires with ChaoYang H-5167 14 x2.125 unicycle tires, which have a Kevlar puncture-protection layer, yet still run nicely on gravel. The Vivi Z8 comes with the same tires as the Fiido L3, which are (IMO) generic rubbish (CST 14x1.95 "E-Bike Approved" 3mm tread). But that's the only 'upgrade' it needed - I now have my L2-equivalent and it rides like a dream... I am a happy camper...

Its front and rear tires, which are inner tubes, have become moldy and both have exploded. I have to buy a new replacement again. In terms of experience, it is not worth buying.

UPDATE: I have had this bike 6 months now. The battery stopped charging and I reached out to the company. They immediately responded with troubleshooting steps. It only needed a fuse in the battery and I’m riding again! I love this bike.I’m 5’5” and this little jewel is perfect for me. I ride it almost every day. My subdivision has big hills. I peddle when I can, and use the throttle when I need it. Nice to take camping, too. I thought the price was very reasonable. I ride all week without bothering with charging—it never even gets low.
