I definitely highly recommend this product. It did come in a rolled up cardboard and the ends of the cardboard package was missing but considering that it went to a lot of different locations before It got to me it was still in good condition. I absolutely love how big the posters are and the variety of exercises and the amount of exercises on each poster board.

I love these posters. It's very motivating to have them in front of you with rep & set recommendations. Don't have to think about which exercise to do next. It's all layed out for you. Wish pictures were a little larger but then you wouldn't have as many exercises on poster. Very useful!!

I received these posters at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review. These are very nice, high quality posters. They came well packaged rolled up in a tube, but I was able to flatten them out very easily to hang on the wall. They are not laminated, but it's a very thick, high quality poster material that I think will be very durable. They are quite large and look very professional. I could see these being framed on the wall of a professional gym as well. I love that the exercises are targeted for women since most of the posters I see show men, but the exercises are actually applicable to men and women. My boyfriend does the same dumbbell exercises with a higher weight.There's a surprising amount of info on each poster as well, but it's not jumbled or cluttered. Each of the posters clusters the exercises or stretches into body regions (upper body, lower body, core, etc.) and this makes it really simple to figure out what I need to do for my workout. I just pick a body area and do the moves on the poster! It even lays out the repetition and set goal based on your fitness goal.Overall, I highly recommend these for a home gym.

We recently moved into a bigger house and were able to make 1 room our workout room.I have always wanted one!We had it mosly set up but the walls were bare. I couldn't have that!So when i saw these posters i knew i had to have them!This set has 5 posters:- Bodyweight workout- Exercise Ball workout- Dumbbell workout- Resistance band workout- Full-body stretches for womenAll the posters show women but i think a man can do all of the exercises as well. So I like these posters. I am looking to get more exercise stuff. When I don't feel like throwing in a DVD, I like that I can just go to the posters and do my own workout. My little guy likes these as well. He tries some of the exercises with me. :) Hopefully I'll add some workout machines soon.
