The Nature Coloring Book

I hope it is of assistance to you.The first thing I have to say about this book is that it is really big. It has over 120 designs that are associated with plants and animals in nature. Sometimes larger is better and sometimes it is not. In this case, it is certainly a plus. I would say that the majority of the book are designs that I will be interested in for myself. The remaining may be more appropriate for my grandchildren or other younger teens and children that come by for a visit and would like to color. That makes it a great family book to have on hand for craft/coloring time.A lot of the designs are of flowers and of birds. I like both of those subjects, so the book works well for me. A few of the designs have intricate portions and I may need to just my magnifying lamp for those parts. On the whole, the designs are quite open and should be easy to color.The paper is of average weight and is bright white. The designs are printed on only one side of the unperforated paper with the backside left blank. The designs are not edge-to-edge, which gives you the ability to cut the pages out of the book to color.All of my gel pens and markers bleed through but my pencils work fine and don't leave heavy indents on the following pages. If you know that you have a heavy hand with pencils or you want to use pens/markers, I suggest a piece of freezer paper or heavy cardstock between the pages to keep them pristine. If you want to cut the pages out, I think an exacto knife might be the best solution.

We spent a lot of time looking for the right book for Our 12 year old. She got this for Christmas and SHE LOVES it! OH MY GOSH it is GREAT! she said..it has some that are super challenging and some that are just easy, and some that are kinda in the middle. She likes and needs some "quiet time" we call it Zen time..and will pick up her book, listen to her music and just chill. When she gets stressed out she loves to get away from it all with her Nature book and music! It is the perfect amount of easy and challange

Another incredible colouring book for adults! Featured in this book is a variety of different animals and plants. Many of these images are not very detailed; however, they are still time consuming. Some of the other images are very detailed and intricate taking up substantial time. I very much liked the harder images; however, I was not a huge fan of the simpler ones.4 Stars!

i love this book. So much better then what you find in local stores. It has pages with very small detail print. As well as large print. When I'm really stressed out I like the larger print so I don't have to consintrate as hard. Love the variety it has to offer. I love relaxing with my kids and coloring together.
