This pre-workout has lots of good ingredients at high doses for ensuring an effective workout. I had to switch to one without caffeine when I suddenly was having a harder time falling asleep at night. This or  Supplement Smart PreMass Pre Workout Supplement with Creatine & L Arginine, 688g  is your best bet for non stimulant versions that have clinical doses of proven ingredients that really help push yourself and efficiently build muscle. I wish it was Prime though! The price is still very good for what's in it.

Have had this product previously and loved it. I was thrilled to see it for a lower price on amazon. When I opened it to use, product was brown and chunky. I was afraid to consume it. Returning and very disappointed.

wasn't in powder form like in the past. wet and very clumpy. brown in color. never in stock won't buy again.

This stuff is great and doesn't taste horrific. Kind of lemonade-y. I can definitely feel it and it's wonderful when you have another stim source and don't want some crazy caffeine dose like in most pre-workouts.
