Decent beef broth concentrate paste!
So versatile since I have always just used the box broths ie College Inn, Pacific or Swanson. This jar claims to make 38 cups of broth. Don't really care too much quantity but the quality means more to me. Yes the sodium can be high but as a chef just know how to mix it in with other ingredients and you won't go wrong with this product. Makes your beef braises more flavorful and French onion soup delicious!!!

Best product I have found in a while for flavoring.
Tried for the first time and I am amazed at the difference in flavor compared to liquid stock and bouillons. These gives food a nice rich original flavor. It can be used in all types of cooking. I will for sure be purchasing more of this in all flavors offered. I highly recommend for you to try, I think you will be amazed.

Much better than bouillon cubes. Easy to use, large opening for measuring spoons. Taste great.

How did cooks ever do without this?
I love this stuff! Much more flavorful and robust than Swanson‘s beef broth. It is a space saver because it’s concentrated. That makes it not wasteful. I never have to throw an extra cup away. It is delicious and it can be used in any meat based dish.
