Cleans well and doesn't get stuck or fall down stairs
We have a robot vacuum cleaner which is, frankly, disappointing as it is constantly getting stuck on different surfaces and will also fall down our stairs, usually at high speed. Not so the LeJoy cleaner, it has big wheels and seemed to master everything, including a thick rag rug, and it also had sensors that reliably sensed that the floor had disappeared and stopped the unit hurtling down the stairs, impressive. The unit speaks, and on start-up it actually says “Glad to be of Service”, and then cheerfully gets on with its work. It’s not quiet on normal mode but does do a good cleaning job, both dry and with the mop; it also doesn’t keep loudly banging repeatedly into obstacles. There is a quiet mode but it’s still noisy. It has a charging unit which it can return to for charging or there is also a socket on the unit that the mains adapter can be plugged into. I connected it using the tuya app, as it was already on my phone, which works well, (although there are some strange spellings); the instructions for connecting are good. Also in the box is an infra-red remote control, which requires 2 x AAA batteries, and can be used to control the unit. The box also contains some cleaning brushes, a spare mop cloth, spare brushes and filters, instructions and the wet and dry cleaning units which slot easily into the cleaner. I like this unit, it cleans well, it’s robustly constructed and works well.

DO NOT BUY
After problems connecting the LeJoy in the first place, it stopped working entirely after a couple of months. I sent a video to demonstrate this to the company, they said they would send a replacement, and then…went silent. What an absolute waste. I have a disability so this product was supposed to be essential to maintaining my home.DO NOT BUY. NOT WORTH IT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was great then stopped charging after 4 months
Was very happy with product but then it stopped charging and is now dead. No easy option to contact seller as should be under guarantee. Was fantastically quiet in operation now quieter still as dead!

Good little run around.
This is the first robot vac I have owned, and it was quite an eye opener to find that I really like using it. The set up took a few minutes to get going, and I have to confess that although I can control and monitor it from my phone, I have just plonked it down and let it do it’s thing. I can see that being able. To programme it may be a big bonus fir some people, you could have it going at night while you sleep.I tried it out first on the landing, and was impressed that it was very competent at not falling blown the stairs, it did a great job of cleaning the short pile carpet and had no problems going over the carpet edgers int different rooms. It can get stick under wardrobes and cabinets and often needs hauling out and replacing, but that’s when it encounters some large object. It is easy to open up and empty out, and at the end of every session it is advisable to wash it out and dry it.A robot vac will never give you the cleaning power of an upright, but I was impressed by its power.Where I think this model comes into its own is that you can fill it’s tank with water and set it going in the kitchen, or other hard surface and it vacuums and washes at the same time, this function is brilliant. When it is low on power it hunts out its base station. All in all as an entry level cleaner I would recommend it.

Unreliable Really disappointed
It does not respond to Alexa voice commands despite linking in my Alexa app. Doesn't seem to follow any particular pattern in cleaning and the charging station has stopped working it now only charges via the wire. I have hardly used it and I have only had it about 6 months. Really disappointed

Barely picks anything up
Barely picks anything up, just pushes the debris around or actively avoids it, waste of money 😡

Good for cleaning
I initially wasn't bothered whether I could control it from my phone, but it's well worth it . Any problems are sent to your phone so you can reset, When low in battery it docks itself for a recharge, so, not that bad .However, it is not an intelligent robot, you need to spend most of your time putting it in a different place as it misses everything it bums into everything not efficient you can't leave it on its own, although it's alright but you've got to watch it. It gets stuck on edge of rugs, have to put something down to stop it going there. Works well on wood floor/carpet though . when it's finished you have loads to clean. Often pressing dock 3 times.
