Worked great I had a DPF light on my dash so I order this and it come the next day I put in my fuel tank and i driven it 3k rpm for a short while and the light turned it self off and hasn’t come back on I will probably put this in my tank every other month to keep everything clean

Buy 2
Put this in my van didn’t notice much so bought another when it was on offer and after the second lot it really showed a difference a noticeable increase in power on my van with 80k miles on it. Recommend just the first shot might not do the job.

Excellent product if emissions too high during MOT!!!
My 11 year old Skoda (petrol) failed its MOT based on emissions, which were way too high. The garage already replaced the Lambda sensor etc and although this brought down the emissions, they were still too high to pass the MOT. Nothing else was visibly wrong, there was no engine/ catalytic warning light, no exhaust or engine noises or visible fumes, no burning smells etc. Garage said to take it to a main dealer for a more in-depth diagnostic as they couldn’t put their finger on why emissions were still so high. However, before I went down that route, I decided to get a second opinion from another local garage who suggested to try a catalytic cleaner, give it a good run out on the motorway (50 miles each way) and fill up again with 98 octane petrol (rather than the 95 octane/ E10 stuff as that apparently causes more carbon deposits and blockages in the catalytic converter and exhaust system than the previous 95 octane petrol, which can lead to higher emissions). Second garage said that if there was something wrong with the catalytic converter and the car needed a new one (£1,000 upwards), then it would definitely show up via a warning light and/ or during the diagnostics stage, so that was probably not the problem. Anyway, bought the Nitrox Catalytic Converter Cleaner Petrol via Amazon based on the good reviews from people with similar problems to mine and did as suggested by the second mechanic/ instructions as per bottle – AND IT WORKED! Car passed its MOT the second time round, with no emissions issues at all! My tank was ¾ full when I put the cleaner in, then went for a 100 mile round trip down the motorway, used up a bit more petrol commuting to work for a couple more days, booked another MOT three days after the motorway trip and it passed no problem. Extremely happy with the product and the advice provided by previous reviewers and will keep this in mind for next year’s MOT. Will also start to fill up with 98 octane petrol from now simply to prolong the life of the engine/ car – 11 years is not that old after all. As previous reviewers have said, give it a try before you fork out for expensive repairs on your exhaust system and/ or catalytic converter, especially if there are no engine or exhaust noises or fumes and the car is otherwise running well.

Important Note: Valve Design Caused Spillage
I recently purchased the Nitrox Catalytic Converter Diesel Cleaner, 500ml, hoping to give my car's engine a boost. While the product itself seems promising, I encountered a significant issue during use. Most cars, including mine, have a valve under the fuel tank cap that only opens when you push the nozzle into the fuel tank. Unfortunately, the design of the Nitrox Catalytic Converter Diesel Cleaner's nozzle doesn't align well with this mechanism. When attempting to use the cleaner, the spout broke as I pushed it into the fuel valve, resulting in all the contents spilling outside the tank. This not only made a mess but rendered the product completely useless for its intended purpose.I believe it's crucial for the manufacturer to address this issue by clearly mentioning the compatibility of the nozzle design with common fuel tank valves in the product details. Potential buyers should be aware of this potential problem to avoid similar frustrations.Overall, while I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the cleaner itself due to this issue, I urge the manufacturer to consider redesigning the nozzle to prevent such mishaps in the future.

Very good
Very effective indeed. Car is running a lot better and you can feel the difference almost immediately. Poured it in and then ran the engine for a few minutes then took a car up a dual carriageway and the car has never felt so nippy and it’s only a Skoda lol. very happy with the product and will defo buy again. Thank you
