Haven't cooked in it but for the ice ring I loved it!
Used this to make an ice ring with cranberries in it for a punch bowl, worked perfectly!! Haven't cooked in it but for the ice ring I loved it!

Silicone is the best for this type of molds. They are non-stick which makes de-molding it a breeze.
