I love taking capsules that don't smell. Sometimes vitamins can have a terrible odor. These fruit and veggies are a good supplement to your daily routine. I'm glad that they are natural and help on days I don't eat a lot of greens or fruit. I will order again when I run out. I'm not certain if these pills can effect your sugar if you are diabetic. Will have to give it more time.

I think I like these a lot but not certain yet ... it's very hard to tell eith vitamins .I do love that they are natural and don't smell . I promise to do an update🙂

These vitamins are great! I just ordered my 2nd bottle.I work full time managing 230 rental properties. I am a mom to a new born, 2 year old, 6 year old & 8 year old. I am nursing my newborn & fell like I am doing good for both of our bodies. A couple of weeks after taking these vitamins, everyone around me got sick with a nasty cold. I DIDN'T get it. I know these vitamins played a part in my healthy immune system.My hair started falling out after giving birth 4 months ago. Two weeks after I started taking 2 pills a day, I saw a substantial amount of new hair growth coming in. YAY!For $15.00 per month, I am doing my body a huge favor. I love everything about these multivitamins!Just FYI & probably TMI, my urine turns bright yellow about 3 hours after taking the pills. Also, my breast milk is more on the yellow side now. This isn't an issue, it just caught me off guard @ first.

So far, I can't say that I've noticed any difference in the way I feel, between these vitamins and the brand I normally take. I've been taking them for a few months now so I'm not sure if I'll continue buying them since they are a bit pricey..... time will tell.

Beware that it lists FOLATE in the post and on the actual bottle FOLATE is listed as (Folic Acid) which is NOT tolerated by MTHFR gene mutation. My fault for not checking bottle sooner. There are better multis out there.

This is pretty good stuff! I was looking for something to increase my energy levels as I do not eat regularly. I had tried things like meal replacement shakes and that was only slightly helpful. I decided to go with a nice balanced mega vitamin. It is very confusing to try and sift through all the vitamins that are available. But I decided to go with this one as it had a significant amount of very positive reviews. I have been taking them for more than 2 weeks now. I have to admit I noticed a slight increase in energy on the third day. But by the fifth day it was a noticeable difference. I have not changed anything other than adding these vitamins to my daily routine. So I have to credit them for the increase of energy ... I will buy them again!

My Husband and I have been taking these vitamins for a while now. The are easy to swallow and do not have an after taste like many others do . I recommend them to my daughter who is presently recovering for Covid=19. She feels they are helping her get her strength back, she is not a vitamin taker.

We have some problems with this, you have to take 2 and yet taking 2 is still not giving me RDA requirements so you will have to buy calcuim, iron, magesium, and some others as well to meet up to RDA.
