Dona Crystalline Glucosamine Sulfate Powder 30 Each

After taking it for four months I seemed to have about a 30% decline in knee discomfort from arthritis—but—my nose was stuffed up every morning. After reading that folks with allergies to dust mites often are allergic to shrimp and have nasal stuffiness with shellfish-based chondroitn, I stopped Dona. My stuffiness stopped, so I gave up on Dona.

This was recommended by our family doctor and I have been using for a number of years and it does seem to help.

Hard to say, but I drink it with Tart Cherry Juice and it does seem to help me.
