Needs better grade of bolts !
1st one was shipped to me with missing parts. 2nd time everything was there but grade of bolts are CHEAP !!!!

Broke on first trip
It was easy to install and seemed secure. First trip and almost lost all of my bikes. The weld was poor and did not penetrate the metal. Had to haul bikes back inside my camper. Poor workmanship

Great hitch
Really good hitch and actually had nice looking welds and thick steel. I dont think that i would try hauling anything with it. Maybe a jon boat but nothing heavy. We used it to put a bike rack on our fifth wheel and it worked perfectly for that.
