How to Design and Install In-Car Entertainment Systems

I felt let down after reading this book,as i know a lot more than it showed. it barely hits the basics and is incomplete in many areas.I do not like giving bad reviews but it seems this book was written hastily for the sake of sales. There are much better books for that kind of money imho.

actually bought this for my son, who is thinking about going into an automotive career. He says he is learning a lot.

I liked this book because it made planning out a stereo install much easier. The book offers tremendous detail on all aspects of the install--amps, receivers, subwoofer, mid range speakers, tweeters, satellite radios, and video monitors. It shows you how to build a complete stereo/video system for low, mid or high-end systems, but it has a guide to building a system one component at a time. I also like the fact that it contained how to build speaker door pods, kick panels, and subwoofer boxes.
