I have been taking Vit. C for a while and swear by it. The down fall of this is, the tablet is huge and hard to go down you need a lot of water to help it along. It is very effective and great value for the money.

Caplets is hard to swallow. Like theres no coating. Its more like having sharp edges. I've had vitamins about the same size and i didn't had this issue.
