These were recommended by a friend and I am SO GLAD I tried them. I have been taking them for just over 2 weeks and the difference is significant. I started receiving benefits after the 1st dose. What was most important is my sleep quality and it is much improved. I really only may have one hot flash/night now. Thankfully I never had drenching sweats, but I believe I was headed in that direction. I like many others tried OTC natural progesterone cream with no benefit. I was considering trying bio-identical hormone replacement but I don't believe I will need to after trying this product. I will finish out the month's supply, and will reorder.
