I purchased the Bajaj Raftaar Mini LED RC Torch for my dad, as he lives in an area with frequent, unannounced power cuts. Best product.. compact but powerful light

Easy to carry , working good, previous torch i bought worked for 2 years, at last due to LED problem started to flicker, battery, charging.... everything is good.

Look wise attractive, and handy. Good light with usb chargeable. Charging cable not attached with.

I purchased the Bajaj Raftaar Mini LED RC Torch expecting a reliable product, especially with a 6-month warranty. Unfortunately, the torch stopped recharging after a short period of use. Despite still being within the warranty period, Bajaj Electricals informed me that this torch is a non-repairable product.While the torch worked well initially, it’s now unusable due to the recharging issue. The customer service response was polite, but unhelpful, as they couldn't repair or replace the product. I’m left with a non-functional torch despite it being under warranty.I’m disappointed with both the product's durability and the warranty service. I wouldn’t recommend this torch if you’re looking for something reliable and long-lasting.UpdateHowever, after sending a follow-up email and escalating the issue, Bajaj Electricals eventually replaced the product under warranty. While the initial response was unsatisfactory, I do appreciate that they honored the warranty in the end and provided a replacement.That said, the entire process took more time and effort than expected, which was frustrating. If you're willing to be persistent, Bajaj does stand by their warranty, but I still have concerns about the product’s long-term durability. I’m hoping the replacement lasts longer.

This is a small pocket torch but gives out a very bright light. A must in every house in case of power outs, also a very useful item to carry in a car in case one is stuck somewhere at night. It is compact yet powerful which makes it a very useful item.
