It really helped to ease the stress on my back on long flights especially when the seats are really sunken in.

My 2nd.. Lost my 1st because accidentally left it behind. Was so comfortable, forgot that I was sitting on it.

I use this on longer plane rides. It really is a life saver--makes the sitting much, much more bearable. Lightweight, packable. Now, if I could just always remember to take it when I get off the plane....
