Love this! I need to strengthen and tone my body and the Terra glide is helping. I love the wheels as it makes my workout so much more fun. The rubber dome top really works out your core. I can do a complete intense workout in 20-30 minutes all in my bedroom. The size is perfect it rolls under my bed and out of site until my next workout. I recommend this!

At first, I was a bit concerned with how the wheels would roll on carpet/rug- but this has been a great addition to my at home gym. The options are endless for isolation of individual muscles. Almost wish Terra Glide had a database of possible exercises to help direct my workouts, but they do offer a Youtube channel which is helpful. Enjoy this addition to your workout!

Had an issue with the first one I received, but customer service took care of it right away. Love working out with this and my wife likes it as well.
