Great high quality oil. Vitamin E is SUPPOSED to be thick. It's SUPPOSED to be a light pinkish color. It's a PURE oil, not a serum.

I purchased this particular vitamin E oil for these reasons: the ingredients (it did not come from soybean to which I'm allergic), the amount of the oil - both size (8 oz) and mg (75,000 mg), where it was made, no scent, and the price. I had a major surgery with scars across my chest. The Dr recommended the silicone scar tape (which I used during the day), but I already knew how well Vitamin E "erases" scars from personal experiences. At night, I would use a lot of this oil and rub into the scars, then wear an old T-shirt to sleep in as it will stain, is greasy, and the oiliness does not come out of clothing. The viscosity is thick, which is a good thing. Six months later, my scars had faded to the point that they looked at least a year old. A year and a half later, they are barely visible. The skin around the scars kept soft and moisturized enough so that I could massage it and break up the scar tissue underneath fairly easily. The doctors and the therapists were pleased with how well the scars reacting to this. I highly recommend this product.

A very good quality vitamin E that is natural, not synthetic it was delivered when promised as far as the smell goes I’m not crazy about that odor but that’s just me.
