Great grip solution, lasts about two years
I use these strips on stained wooden stairs up to my front door (4" thick, 12" wide) that often get frosty during the winter.These strips adhere well and usually will stick to the stairs through two Seattle-area winters before starting to peel up. They keep their grip surface well over time, as well.Install takes just a few minutes to cut the strips to the right length and round off the corners (which helps prevent peeling over time).
