It’s just not the best to relief pain.
I am an athlete and wanted to try the cork roller to be environmentally friendly. It is a good idea to have it for calf tightness relief but not the best for quads or back or IT band and such. In time slowly one might get used to it but I got too sore after first use and being on rollers is my second nature. I am still not giving up on it, but be careful when you first start using it. Your body needs time to adjust.

Small Dense Roller, not for the back but good for targeting specific muscles
This is a really small dense roller. Possibly half the size of a standard foam roller. It looks a lot larger than it actually is in the pictures. It is approximately the size of a rolled-up towel we use for our necks. It is perfect for targeting specific muscles like your calves, or lats but I find it too small and hard to use as a foam roller for rolling out my back. I do like to use it on my neck and very upper shoulders.I like that is made out of cork although the claims that it is "100% natural cork" seem a little strange when they also say elsewhere that it is bound together with "friendly water-based polyester". I understand that polyester isn't necessarily plastic but I'm not sure what it is made out of. They say it is the same as is used for wine bottle corks so I'm thinking it isn't toxic at all. I would love it if they would post more information about how it is made so we could see if it is indeed a more eco-friendly alternative to plastic-based rollers.I really like the look of the roller and like how it works on targeting specific muscles.Overall happy with the "Cork Massage Roller, COENGWO Cork No Foam Roller Massage Stick for Muscle Pain Relief, Tension Relief, Deep Tissue Muscle Sore Relief, Yoga Therapy.

Smaller than advertised.
This COENGWO cork massage roller is small and very hard. I’m petite, so I was fine with the size of this roller being only 12 inches...but I measured it and it’s actually smaller than that. The roller itself is like a rock, very densely packed cork. It does hurt to roll on, but when I’m really sore...it feels good. I did a ton of landscaping today, so rolling on this thing afterwards felt great. It got out all of the tension that was built up in my back. Overall, I think this roller is good quality and functional. This is the kind of roller for the tough hard working people of this world. If you don’t enjoy a painful massage when you are very sore...then this isn’t for you. I personally find that the more painful the roller, the better my back feels later. I just wish it was larger or at least the size that was advertised.

Awesome.
If I had to give this COENGWO Massage Stick Cork No Foam Roller for Muscle Pain Relief a one word review (which I did in the headline) it would simply be "awesome." This is *not* a foam roller. Do not expect it to be a foam roller. It's cork. This is much firmer and less gentle than the foam roller you may be used to. This thing puts serious pressure on my legs and back and really really gets in there and loosens things up. It is much smaller than the more normal ~3ft sized roller you may have seen too, so it really can get into some places that a normal roller can't. I love this cork roller and use it several times a week to really get in and loosen things up. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful for sore muscles!
100% cork massage roller: 📚 This massage roller is 100% cork, sturdy and dense. It still manages to be relatively lightweight and is easily portable. 📚 Massage rollers used to be referred to as a "poor man's massage"; not everyone could afford regular massages but a massage roller worked great on a daily basis to help relieve muscle aches and pain. 📚 Not only can a massage roller offer relief for muscle aches and pain but it's also thought that it helps to reduce stress, increased range of motion and flexibility. 📚 This is excellent to use both before and after exercise. 📚 The diameter of this cork roller is slightly smaller than what I am used to but so far that hasn't proved to be an issue for me. 📚 This roller is reasonably priced, fairly comparable with other products of similar quality. 📚 If you're looking for a good dense compact roller, this may be the one for you 👍👍

Feeling good
This is a nice hard but cork soft material. Its nothing like the foam rollers. The size is good enough for basically everything you might need except your back. This is nice for muscle relief, or sore spot relief. It feels good and I know that at the end of its life it will naturally degrade into the soil. Also it looks great.I did manage to roll my back with it and it wasn't as comfortable haha!Overall though I like it and it does exactly what it should do.

It will roll and its pretty solid too.
So you will get just a roller. It's exactly as advertised. Arrived packed well. As for the roller - good size, great for stretches and such - pretty sturdy/dense and not heavy. I keep it in a family room - does not take much room at all. Use it while watching TV. When unpacked it's had some smell to it - exactly like a cork board I guess - was not strong but detectable, not a big deal to me. put it in a garage for day :) been using it for a few days now - roll still in a good shape. Feels nice/smooth to touch.Recommend as it's of good quality and as advertised
