Adore any of Ruiz family books they are so simply written with profound effect. There are some great rituals in here I did with my teenagers just did it for fun but the effect will go with them for a lifetime. Even months later of doing it they talk about it.I am quite new to shaman but this has helped me put words to what i feel within.
