Lonely Planet Kids My Holiday Scrapbook

This is a book full of ideas for children to follow and complete whilst on holiday .Plenty of interesting suggestions to draw ,collect and investigate to make this a worthwhile holiday souvenir .

Bought as a gift for niece to take on epic holiday adventure. The present went down well so can only assume it was okay.

This is a lot of fun.It's a structured scrapbook / journal, with different sections for different aspects of the journey. It has a pouch to keep stuff in before you stick it in and some (to my mind redundant) stickers.In all, it's a very clever book that helps kids think about the journey, helping to shape them as little travellers.It is not, however, a hardback. The copy I was sent had stiff card covers. I'm not sure how long that will survive in a backpack or deal with wet stuff,

Nice to see an activity that isn’t all electronic. A very good bit of old fashioned cut, stick, draw and write in a guided way. Was very helpful but as an activity and to record some memories in a different way from a holiday trip.
