I had excellent vision all my life until a few years ago when I realized it's getting harder for me to read in dim light or anything that is written in a small font. Well, I guess that's what you can expect when you approach (and pass) the big 50. Finally I went to an oculist who confirmed my eyes are fine and my only problem is age. They also me I can get either prescription glasses from them or buy generic reading glasses with the proper diopters (+2.0). Easy choice.I bought 16 or 20 pairs of these altogether to place them everywhere in my house. Hate hunting them down, so it's good to have a couple of pairs in each room. At the price these are sold for, that's still very affordable.I tend to look horrible with glasses, but these work rather well for me. I got all my pairs in gun metal and I love the way they look. I have a pretty big head, but these fit very well and are comfortable. I forgetLast but not least, the quality is simply amazing! I don't exactly treat these very carefully, and I tend to be a bit clumsy. I drop them on the hardwood floor, sit on them, occasionally throw them across the room (don't ask). So far none of them took any lasting damage!! And if they get bent, you can just twist them back into shape.Highly, highly recommended!

I have recently become in need of +1 reading glasses for help with my vision when watching tv. I went to a local drugstore to find some and bought a pair for $22 - an outrageous price to be sure. Then when I wore them at home the hinges were wobbly and they were very cheaply made. So a return was made and onto Amazon I went.I saw this set of 3 at an amazing price with overall great reviews and thought I'd try them. These are great glasses. I am a big guy with a big face and have bought reading glasses from local stores over the years that were a tight fit on my face. These glasses fit my face perfectly , the hinges are solidly built and you can also shape the ends of the glasses or the nose pillows for a better fit if need be. These glasses are almost of the same quality as the prescription thin frame glasses I have. I am so impressed. I also must note that each pair was wrapped separately in plastic and each arm with each pair was also wrapped in plastic. Excellent packaging and I got them fulfilled by Amazon so I received them in 2 days with my Prime.I never thought I'd be writing a review for over the counter reading glasses but these are so well made and of such great quality and such a great fit I had to. There is no need to pay the outrageous prices at local stores for a far lesser quality product. Here for a great price you get excellent durable glasses. Highly recommend.

The style of the glasses is decent; however, the frames are super fragile. I don’t recommend them for the fragile reason. Most of mine broke or are on there last legs

They are well built but are not perfect optic clearity, they get the job done for cheap.

I've spent a lot of money on reading glasses over the last ten years. I've used Foster Grants and other name brands that cost a lot more money than I spent on these. I was skeptical about the quality of these glasses and had fairly low expectations when I placed the order, but gave them a try because the reviews were very favorable. Having now received them and inspected and worn them, I would have to be crazy to pay what I have been paying for other glasses. The frame seems sturdy, the spring hinges snap sharply into place, the nose pads are comfortable and adjustable and I didn't have to spend a lot of time bending them into shape before I could even use them as I have had to do with almost all others that I've purchased.

Glasses used for work related tasks. Frame and lenses lasts longer than plastic versions I have tried. was surprised to see that these are now shipped direct from China. Leadtime is manageable.

Opened the box to find a broken frame. These cannot be returned or replaced. Buy at your own risk.

I keep a pair at work and home for computer glasses. Can't see the whole screen with my prescrption progressives. There's make working a lot easier and more efficient. The spring hinges are a must-have for me offer i break them taking them in and off. Try them for yourself 😉

I liked the look and feel but I ordered 2.5 lenses and one came as a 3.0. maybe not a big concern for most but I sit at a computer at work and 2.5 is the perfect range for the distance I sit. When I use the 3.0 the screen becomes blurred unless I shift much to close ... other than that if they can keep the lens strength consistent they are well worth the buy.
