Nice set-work well
I bought a set of these from a local store and decided six was not enough. These are perfect for making cream horns with puff pastry. I like to roll out the dough into a 12x12 square and then slice into 1" strips and just wrap them around the case. Be sure not to wrap any dough around the top edge or they will be difficult to remove when baked. Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with decorating sugar and bake. They work great and you should not have to grease them before using. Wait till they cool a little before removing.

Functional and well-made.
These molds work very well when making pastry with conical holes for fillings. They don't stick and come off very easily with very little effort. They wash well and do not change in color after many uses as these are made with stainless steel throughout. This is a very good value for pastry bakers.

Really Tiny Size Cream Horn Molds
The package should contain 6 stainless steel cream horn molds. These are so tiny I was quite surprised. Also, there are 7 in the package, instead of the 6. They will be hard to work with and will probably not be anything near the size the the bakery cream horns. Anyway, the product is well made for what it is and you cannot beat stainless steel. I saw tin-plated molds that I thought were a very bad idea. Will probably look for larger ones.

Love these.
I love these. I actually made chocolate cornets with these. Really great and straightforward to use and a lot easier to work with than stapled cardstock and tinfoil. Though I might buy another set so I can make more than 6 at a time which can become tedious if you're looking to make for others.

Well packaged, well-made. Work GREAT! Pastry dough did not get all stuck like others I have used, baked pastries slid right off! Good size portion for one person. I bought 48 and am ordering more.

Beware of rust
These worked fine. They were the size I was expecting. I bought these to make cream horns for a Thanksgiving recipe, so I've used them one time in the last year. When I pulled them out this year, there were rust spots all over them. Make sure to dry them completely before storing, I guess. I thought they were dry when I put them away though.
