Not true to size
Small is very small, like for smaller children . Medium is way bigger than small. More for a late teen. My 14 year old son could not use the helmet but could use some of the other equipment between the small and medium. We ended up ordering both. There is probably a better company with more accurate sizes for youth and young adult.
