I watch a lot of things on my phone while reading on my kindle or a book. Propping it on things was my struggle! I was looking into a more expensive tablet/book/phone holder but chickened out. Then I found this and thought it'd be great. It is very sturdy and locks well. Took my a bit to get it figured out, but it's pretty easy! Wish it was a little longer but understand it couldn't because of the weight of the phone. As long as it's propped up and I can see it somewhat while working on my crossword or reading I am happy. Thank you!

LOVE THIS THING! I use it all the time to record me painting and it does the job every time. My only issue is that I have to take my phone case off every time I use it because my Iphone 6 plus seems to be too heavy for it with the case on. It can be adjusted though. I think you just need to play with it.

Though the center bendable part seems well made and strong the clamp at the bottom did not properly lock. I'm not sure if it is broken or if it is intended to not lock but it did not stay clamped to anything. The Jaw at the top seems decent, however it is made similar to a woman's hair clip or a clothes pin. Hair clips and clothes pins often break due to the stress the metal twist places on the plastic, which leads me to believe this would have eventually broken as well (this is an opinion not a fact as I am not going to keep this item). I really wanted this to work. The locking mechanism not locking however, is a deal-breaker. I am returning this item.

This is my second try with a cell phone holder. The cheaper one that I started with broke after one week. This one feels a little sturdier and the locking mechanism is much better than the clip on some of the cheaper versions. It's not perfect, but it holds pretty well and keeps your phone right where you want it.

Cool product. Easily attached to objects and holds phone well. Works best when attached to static objects. If you attach it to some thing that can move, like say an upright bass, just know it will bounce all around.

The bendable part is strong and stays steady, which was my main concern. However, the plastic clamp has ridges that have stripped which doesnt allow it to clip on my workstation anymore.... why i gave ot only 3 stars. Otherwise...Great

I have tried many phone holders like this, and I think I finally found one that works for me. I like how stiff the arm stays, even if you have a larger phone like the Pixel XL or a plus sized iPhone. The weight of the phone doesn't bring it down. The one thing you have to watch out for is not to bang into the table that you have it mounted on, as the video will shake

Worked fairly decent however it is extremly stiff to bend this in the position needed. Also owned this for about 5 months and used maybe once a week and now its broke. The clamp broke. Will not be buying again! Expected at least few years and its been used only indoors in my house.

Works as expected however not as rigid as I would prefer. You have to put a support mid way along the arm. My phone may be a bit heavy it is an iPhone 8plus it may work better on smaller and lighter phones
