The item worked well, when it did work. Already has stopped working after only one use. Also it was not the name brand that was advertised.

I wish I would have listened to the majority of the reviews. The size of it is great and it would have been great for travel but I plugged it in to charge for the time it said too. The visual window showed it was fully charged so I turned it on to use it and the charge went away. Ok, I thought maybe it wasn't fully charged, so I plugged it in again and charged it for half a day. Ok, fully charged! I turned it on to use it. It started to warm up to the temperature I selected (lowest temp) and I went to curl and it shut off on me. Ok, again, I thought maybe I accidentally pushed the off button, so I turned it back on. The battery was at 1 bar and I turned it to the temp I wanted again and it shut off again. It did that 3 times so I boxed it up and sent it back.

I am terrible at fixing my hair. But this little device makes it so easy. The only downfall is if you have thick hair it takes longer which means the battery may run out before you finish.

The problem is it does not stay charged long enough to do all of my hair. You cannot use this while it is charging. It needs a better battery. Thinking about returning it. It only works for half my hair. And it works better with less hair curled at a time. But that uses up the time the battery stays up. Catch 22 effect. However it did curl my hair.

It curled my hair well and gave me a blow out type look after brushing my curls out. I didn’t like how it beeps for every second that it sets the curl and it dies really fast even after charging it for a really long time. It’s probably for more of a touch up type bases if there’s no access to an outlet to charge.

This is awful and it pulls your hair out and don't even take a curl. Also doesn't hold a charge.

Love this product! The only thing I would like is if the battery lasted longer. It is super easy to use and perfect for my hair length. I also love how my toddler can not get burned on it when I'm doing my hair.

When I first got it I loved it I was surprised that it took all my hair I have very long thick hair but by the 5th time using it it just stopped working won't turn on when I tried charging it it stayed on and would turn off
